Eligibility for Returns

Items returned with signs of use, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. MRAD & CO is not responsible for lost or unverified return parcels.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days (timing may vary by bank).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
