Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the next business day. During high-volume periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. If any delay occurs, customers will be notified via email.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once the order has been processed and shipped.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • European Union: 6–14 business days

  • United Kingdom: 9–16 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

  • Free express shipping is available on qualifying orders (thresholds vary by region).

  • All applicable shipping options and prices will be clearly displayed during checkout.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be applied by local authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary by country, and MRAD & CO. has no control over these charges.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. MRAD & CO. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping fees may apply.
